Effective and fast acting spray, has a nice crisp smell, lasts throughout the day, promotes good sleep and a a fair size for the price.

Only used once but has no smell like the oil. Not really unblocked me nose but hopefully a few more tries will change this. Would definitely buy the oil next time as this always worked as a child.
