Apart from its weight - definately a two person installation - this product is excellent. I now have three of them providing my downstairs central heating.The replacement of standard horizontal radiators by vertical radiators, frees wallspace and actually makes rooms appear bigger than traditional horizontal radiators. I am pleased with my purchase.

Looks amazing and great heat producing

Brought 2 of these about a month and a half ago and had them commissioned yesterday and the are so powerful i have purchased the 1800x590 for my conservatory, I would recommend this to anyone, for the BTU's and the price, you will find this great value for money.

Lovely radiator, weighs a ton so defo need 2 people to lift but it’s well made and we get good heat out of it. Really happy with it as it’s stylish and looks great.

Lovely looking radiator very nice on the wall… until you fill it with water and 3 months later starts to leak at the weld joining the two together. No problem I thought. I would contact the supplier. I am now having to fight to get a replacement. I am having an email war where they are suggesting I send them £20 and a photo to prove that I have smashed the radiator up beyond repair with a hammer for them to send me another one!! Clearly I will not be doing this as it’s on my wall filled with water! Unbelievably bad customer service and obviously not in the UK as emails are in broken English and replied to at 0300 am. The fight continues……

Ordered Saturday delivered Tuesday amazing service and a perfect radiator with a lot of heat output at a very reasonable price with fee delivery a lot cheaper than what I can get from anywhere local

This rusted from a joint and leaked water all over the carpet. This is only 8 months old. I now have to get a new one as Amazon dont replace items sold by third parties. I also have to get a plumber to take this off and fit the new one. On top of that I have to wait in between 7am and 7pm for the broken one to be collected if i want a refund. It will cost me more in plumbers costs than the radiator cost.

Not fitted yet, but unpacked to check for any damage. Look great and packed very well. All the fittings are included, apart from the radiator valves, which you need to buy separately. Bought similar radiator 1 year ago and it performs very well.
