It is a good product. Bought it after a lot of confusion due to availability of many other brands but it was worth buying. Baby feels comfortable, make is sturdy. However i hv used it only twice yet so durability is nt known.

Superb quality.very useful for me.

The product material is strong and sturdy. The baby place is comfortable. However, it doesn't have any support for back of person holding the baby. The fear of straps sliding down the shoulder is present. The person tires quickly due to absence of back support. So the whole weight falls on shoulders and it weighs down.

The stitch quality of the product is of third grade quality. Even before using it the stitches were already starting to come off. For a product which is so highly priced, the quality is of the lowest grade possible. I will never again buy a autumns from Amazon. It seems like they have started to house all 3 rd grade vendors and products just because they know that they don’t have to take responsibility of these items.

Love the cushioning but would have preferred the option to switch it to just a mesh backing in summers. The kiddo loves the comfort of being held so snug but not for long bcoz of the thick padding making it humid for him in Indian summers.

Genuine and a Product.Worth the price quoted.a bit uncomfortable it looks when the baby face is hold facing to the front. Apart from that a nice product.

No complaints normal and easy product.
