aFe Power77-16505 Sprint Booster for Toyota

After much research I decided to go with sprint booster. Install took 5 minutes, just follow directions. Went for a test drive and it made a huge difference on my 4 cylinder Tacoma. Much easier acceleration.

does not work as advertised on the tacoma

I have a 2019 Toyota Tacoma that lags terribly when I push the accelerator. I figured I would just have to deal with it. Then I found the Sprint Booster. This product removed the lag completely ! The booster took about 15 minutes to install and it has completely changed the performance of my truck ! No lag at all and greatly enhance the acceleration. No impact on fuel consumption either. Well worth the money !

This thing works great. Race mode on 9 is just....truck just explodes. Only problem I had was I couldn't figure how to disconnect the top of the cable connector above the throttle....had to have my roommate do it..non of the video's online really explain how to do that and after a half hour of sweating and cursing...I left it in my roommate hands.

Easy to install but it ended there. This unit did not work for my vehicle. While driving on the Hwy, the engine cut off, the transmission disengaged, and many warning lights came on the display. Very dangerous business. I disconnected the unit and it was all well again. That was enough for me to not trust this device again.

Followed the instructions on how to properly install and nothing. When everything was said and done the only thing on the display was a big "F". There was no "service engine soon" light, but when I hit the pedal nothing happened. Garbage, sending back to Amazon.
