Very happy with this purchase!
I bought two of these and put them side by side. They each have 2 USB ports which can be used as auxiliary USB. Run one from the PC to one monitor, and run one from that monitor to the other, and now you can manage your sound bar (also purchased to fit this monitor), and your HD camera. The monitors have clear and crisp screens, and these were plug and play. I connected one to the display port of the PC (came with a display port cable), and the other to VGA (didn't come with a DVI cable or I would have used that). Honestly, I cannot see a difference in video quality between the two monitors. Very happy with this purchase!

Great monitor
I wanted a setup at home to match what I had at work when I would work from home. Actually ordered 2 of these along with a Dell WD-15 docking station. Everything worked perfectly.

Good monitor for the office
This Elitedisplay E201 is my office monitor. If you are the purchasing planner for your company, I recommend that you buy the largest monitors you can within your budget. It makes a huge productivity difference not having to resize windows, minimizing and maximizing them, and moving menu palettes around. This accounts for a lot of wasted time during the day. When you can see more of your workspace (instead of being obscured by menu bars), you can work more efficiently. At the time of writing, this monitor is around $160, making it a good low-cost choice. The main selling point for this monitor is the ability to roate it 90 degrees, setting it in portrait mode for working with spreadsheets or graphics files. Once you have the drivers installed, you can control the orientation from the Windows control panel. It's as easy as 3 clicks. The monitor also supplies two additional USB 2.0 ports on the left side for easy access to USB memory sticks. To make use of these, connect a USB A to B cable like this AmazonBasics USB 2.0 A-Male to B-Male Cable - 10 Feet (3 Meters) from the monitor to your computer. The fat end goes into the underside of the monitor. I hate the cable management clip at the back. It's simply a flimsy plastic bar that you string the power cord and VGA cable through, as well as any other wires. It doesn't stay on. My IT dept has taped it down. All the ports are on the bottom of the bezel and must be looped around the pedestal if you want to hide them, however, that's only a minor consideration. I don't love the cables dangling out the bottom, as they add to the cluttered look of my already cluttered desk, but that's not a must-have. Additionally, an anti-theft hole for a cable lock allows you to secure the monitor to the desk. I turn my screen off every night before I leave. Turning it back one takes about 8 seconds for the monitor to cycle up again and screen test message to disappear after a duration of inactivity. Overall, a solid monitor for general office use if you aren't too demanding on graphics performance. For Word, Excel, Outlook, internet use, this is perfectly sufficient.

Monitor works for about a minute then turns dark and there is no setting to undo this. The auto dim sensor is likely defective, but you can't turn it off. I'm returning it (ordered from Canada) and the company is making me pay the shipping... which is likely going to be more than the price of the monitor! Furthermore, it I had to guess this monito is not new. It's well packaged but has some minor scuffs on it. Makes me think this seller is a scam! Don't buy it! you'll likely get the one I returned!
