The delivery people suck
The product is great but Amazon's only as good as their delivery people and they hire people that are lacking any kind of intelligence and they can't read

No Instructions
The video that can be watched offer nothing that helps you use this product. Hands are covering anything useful and there are no words describing what is being done. Clearly no effort was put into this video, it’s all about getting people’s money.

Hard to put in
Hard to put in. End up going thru a few before getting one in. Not the best but better then buying new $55 ball for $1 valve

Works well
I used a valve for a classic soccer ball that I was going to discard. It worked well. It took five minutes to change the valve. You may need some technique, but the replacement process is worth it.

Good valves BAD tool
The valve stems worked great. The tool however is terrible. The rubber on the tool slides right off so you don’t have any grip. Then the other side is used to push the valve into the ball....well you’re pressing on the metal tool with the palm of your hand cause the rubber once again slides down. If you can find the valves sold separately, then use a croishe needle and a nut driver (that’s what I used to install the valve) and it’s much easier.
