Four years or so ago, I noticed my second toes were developing a tendency to slip under my big toes. Knowing some people can develop terribly deformed feet, I immediately looked for ways to help and chose these as they were very reasonably priced and contained two pairs in each pack. I also have bunions - isn't that a horrible word for what, in my case, is just a matching bump on the inside of each foot? It sounds like an insult! They cause me no trouble at all, luckily. I didn't expect these little gadgets to reverse my problems, and they haven't, but, four years on, there has been no worsening. I wear them all day, every day, and find them very comfortable under slippers or my usual soft walking shoes - I forget they're there - but I wouldn't wear them under sandals or dress shoes. If you go barefoot, it's likely that they'll slip off, and I've never found a way to wear them in bed. I have tried other varieties but, in my opinion, these are the most comfortable.

These are so comfortable to wear. I have been able to wear them for long periods during the day and also at night without any discomfort. They provide effective toe separation and support. The amount of cushioning is good without being too bulky. I was a bit concerned they might make it difficult to get to fit my shoes on but they are fine. Really pleased.

Great value for money and it’s given me much needed relief from my twisted hammer toe when I walk. I didn’t release in the pack you get one left foot and one right foot pad, so that should of been made easier to identify as nothing is written on the package and initially I put the wrong side on! On the website it says you can use scissors to cut it to shape, which I had too, when you want to put your shoes on. It doesn’t say that on the packaging though, so I’m glad I checked out the website pictures fully. If you just wanted to wear it without cutting it, perhaps just pop it on of an evening when watching tv as you can’t put your shoes over it. Says you can wash it, haven’t tried that yet as only purchased yesterday but it’s so cheap, I don’t mind if I have to order more in the future. Just been for an hours walk with it on and I’m so happy, first time I’ve been able to walk any distance without pain. For the price it’s well worth trying, would definitely recommend.

Very comfortable, and they last for ages. They are nice and hygienic as you can wash them in hot soapy water and they dry quickly. Good value, too, so I've given them 5 stars.
