I read Brian Peskin's book, PEO Solution, and have followed his protocol since 7/28/14. As of 10/25/14, I have lost 51lbs. and still losing. This Essiac Herbal Liquid is recommended as a daily detox. It is palatable, but you only take one ounce per day. If you don't like the taste, YES also makes an herbal capsule with the same ingredients. I take the YES Parent Essential Oil capsules, the YES Mineral capsules, the YES Essiac Herbal Liquid and follow the diet advice from the book (all products sold at Amazon). I feel great, energized, few cravings, I'm losing weight, along with a long list of other benefits from PEOs. I highly recommend this product in conjunction with the others as as you follow Peskin's protocol. Weight loss is just a consequence of a healthier lifestyle.

I used to have prostate cancer in 2013, and now it's gone; but in all fairness, this product is just one of many things I took to kill the cancer, so it probably did help. I was hoping that this would be a more nutritionally dense herbal supplement. My impression is that it has a high percentage of water in it.

Brian Peskin bases this formula on the original Rene Caisse formula, but adds cat's claw with its many good qualities, including killing cancer cells.
