Not comfortable.

Sleep has been the hardest this, post-op from my rotator cuff surgery. However this is an easy-to-use, inexpensive option for comfort. It fits well under the arm, and the straps hold it in place. I opted to use this pillow for air travel in place of the metal brace that puts the arm out. The TSA agents were interested and actually happy not to have the big metal brace to deal with. The pillow traveled well. I have definitely got my money's worth, and I'm not even 3weeks post-op! Good quality and the couple nights I tried to sleep without it were not good. Get it!

Good pillow for rotator cuff recovery, when not in sling. The only problem is that it doesn’t have a wide enough hank holder, and the elastic strap can get tight.
