Bad packaging
The quality has significantly decreased in terms of packaging - the warmers were open from edges making it not safe to use bcoz you never know the heating element inside can come out anytime bcoz it’s torn all over from edges. Also the heating content is changed too - before its was beads and now it’s more like muddy material which has kind of decreased the warming level
