The first thing to note with the Sorich organics Ceylon cinnamon is the tan brown colour.The texture is thin and brittle and the size of rolls is quite big. The cinnamon smells amazing and is fresh and clean.The taste is mild and a little sweet which is what differentiates it from cassia cinnamon.Satisfied with the quality of the product for now.Will revise after regular use of all the different sticks.Give it a 4 stars for now.

Using this brand's flax seed for the last one year. I have tried both powder and roasted seeds from them. Nice nutty flavor. No adulteration. Keep up the quality 👍

Got 100gms instead of two jars of 65 gms as per order.Not fragrant. Taste is also mild.Quality wise, it's appears clean , although it's shredded and rolled in cigar shape.

Bought Sorich Srilankan Ceylon Cinnamon for the first time.Packaging had some water stains. But, Cinnamon inside was ok. Packet was air sealed.I have used other brands as well. Powdered and sticks both.Fragrance and flavour of this product stands out. Tastes a bit sweet. Not bitter like cassia.Could be a little cheaper. Overall good product.

This powder is what I am looking for. I see comments that it’s RAW meaning it has not been dry roasted before powdering it. It tastes raw since it is cold milled. If you roast the seed and powder it will lose all the omega-3 acids. I don't know why we Indians are fond of roasted and fried stuff and because of this lot of us die due to heart attack. Please remember all the antioxidants and heart healthy omega-3 acids don't stand on fried roasted items. Do you take this for health or for taste? If want taste there are lot of better items but I can guarantee those are not good for health. The only problem I had is it is delivered to the neighbor's house and they opened and start using it since it is free. I recommend this product for health not for taste.

I had previously purchased this product and was delighted with it, prompting me to order it again. However, this time around, I was sorely disappointed. The aroma and taste were both off, and to my dismay, I even found strands of hair within the powder. It feels as though the quality has drastically declined, leaving me with the impression that it's comprised of subpar ingredients—far from the pure cinnamon I expected. This purchase turned out to be a regrettable waste of money."
