Plant Protein Powder Pea Protein Isolate & Brown Rice Vegan Protein Powder-Pack Of 10 Sachets, Travel Pack 30 gm each- Alphonso Mango Flavour

I've been using the plant protein for the last two years, with consistent quality. However, my last purchase of 2kgs was of very poor quality. The powder didn't mix well with water and was really sweet making it unpalatable. Before posting a review online, I approached the customer care number. I was asked questions, such has "in what do you shake?, Can you send me a video of you making it?" After pointing out the fact that I've been using the powder for the last 2 years and have not changed the shaker or water content or the amount of energy put into shaking it.. I reluctantly sent out the video because there was no response shown to address the complaint.. It took a total of 7 days for the "technical head" to get on a call only to inform me that they have changed the supplier of pea protein to "improve" the quality of protein powder. I told him that it has clearly NOT "improved" and that my complaint should be addressed and resolved swiftly. It seemed he was reluctant to offer a solution or even show the slightest sense of an apology. I mentioned that I've been a customer for over two years now, I've waited for over a week to be told there is no resolution, and if you didn't offer a replacement or a refund, i'd be compelled to write a bad review. I was then told to get the product tested (at my expense, I assume) and was also asked "what would happen if we sent a replacement and the powder didn't mix well with water?" I was disgusted with the tone of voice and approach of the company representative to address a repeat customers complaint. Can any one recommend me another vegan protein powder brand?

The brand is dumping stock that was manufactured in 2024, and has literally 3 months remaining before expiry. Won’t be purchasing again. All of their stock is super old so clearly there’s something wrong with the product.

Usually this Protien powder is great but this batch had dead insects inside it.

You can check Trustified's lab reports to confirm that this product is bogus. I've been using it for 2 years but gave up after realizing. If you want pea protein, you can get nakpro's or any other more trusted company products. They also go for even lower price than this and have much better results. Please check once more before buying this. The only redeeming factor of this product is that it tastes really good and mixes with water really well and has very nice coarse texture instead of smooth powdered texture that makes a mess. I really love this product's taste but if the results are not there, what's the point?
