Natural Living Style: Inspirational ideas for a beautiful and sustainable home

Having sent this book as a gift, I decided I wanted it for myself. Even that gorgeous waft of "new book" hit me on opening. The matt front photo', without a needless dustcover. The author is on the same parallel as me all the way through the book. Nothing jarred, everything to my taste. Inspiring, verifying, brilliant interior/exterior design book. Innovative and comprehensive layout. I have a last minute peek in the pages before I go to sleep, ensuring sweet sleep in these troubled times! Pick it up, it lifts me up at any time.

Really inspirational and aspirational. I feel like getting rid of every piece of plastic in my house and going all natural. The photography is stunning and there are lots of useful tips for getting the look in your own home.

I really wanted to love this but I was a little underwhelmed by this book; pretty pictures but felt a lack of substance in the copy. I found Erin Boyles (reading my tea leaves) book much more inspirational and gave much more practical advise to changing to a non plastic sustainable lifestyle.

This is a really interesting book. So many of the photographs show simple and really pretty stylish decorating! There are hints and ideas for re-inventing our homes to help save the planet. This book keeps drawing me back to it, to look and see if I can make any of my home better and me not so wasteful. When I look around, I see so much plastic, I really never thought much about it until I bought this book. Don't get me wrong, Selina Lake has just inspired me to try harder, and if you buy a copy, I bet you feel the same!!
