Subliminal Weight Loss

I have only used this for a short time, however I do seem to have less cravings and less of an appetite. I also find myself making better food choices. I am using this along with the Weight is Over CD.

This is the best subliminal weight loss CD I have ever heard. I listen to it when I read and even when i go to sleep at night. If I wake up at night I turn on the CD player again. Can't say that I have dramatically lost weight - I weigh 149 lbs. I don't know what the subliminal message is during the music, but I can see myself at times turning away from food or making healthier choices what I snack on.I played my 1st one so much, I had to buy a 2nd copy.

I like to fall asleep to subliminal music. There were only a few tracks on this that were quiet enough to allow me to sleep. I have never lost weight listening to it but i havent used it the way it was supposed to be used.

This is just music. I'm not sure if it is helping me lose weight. but I am sleeping better. again, this is not the only tape I'm using. A total of four.

I thought this might be nice for playing at night as I lay in bed and try to sleep. Why not use extra time to learn while I am not doing anything but laying around.

I have not seen any changes, so I don't think it does anything. The music is okay for awhile but then it kind og gets boring...

The music on the cd doesn't match what is on the what is listed on the jacket. This is suppose to be for weight loss yet none of the songs on the cd match. Number 1 says lighten up yet the music on the cd yoga relaxation music. They stuck the wrong label on the wrong cd. I ordered suliminal weight loss and got something completely different, Didn't open the cd right away now it is too late to do anything about it. I got screwed.

Don't know if it is Helping with Any Weight Loss, but it Is soothing to listen to while falling asleep!!
