What a fantastic product,which has amazing quality Ginseng,and the flavor taste great.I take mine,in hot water,and stir it with the nice spoon that comes with Pocheon Ginseng.As you can tell i love this product,it helps me wake up in the morning,and gives me energy for the day.Pocheon Ginseng works,and worth every penny i spent on the product.It maybe be a little pricey,but just try it,you won't be disappointed.

I've taken red ginseng extract for a long time. This is the first time for me to try this brand, but I am happy with this and I'll probably buy it again unless there is a cheaper option in the market. If you try different brands and then you can tell whether it's real or not in taste. This one must be real ginseng because it has got real strong taste. So It must boost energy level more, I hope, though it's very bitter. I normally add some honey so it's fine for me, but for some people it may be too strong in taste.

I first opened the jar and it smelled like strong oxo , but the taste is different. It say one spoon , but I found that to be too much so I’m only going to take half a spoon. The spoon seems quite big. I’m definitely feeling some difference and it only day 2 . If it works I’ll definitely buy some more . I’m taking Shilijit with it as they both enhance each other. Here to a brighter future

Ginseng takes a while to have effect but take every day for results. It does help instant alertness. And I take it in the afternoon instead of a coffee or b4 a workout food and extra boost. I would say is the specification of the amount needed isn’t clear. It’s says three spoons a day but not why. For some people I feel this might be too much but if there is a limit to quantity consumed or if it has an adverse affect it’s not stated. It would be nice to know about the product more in the packaging and why it says royal on it also. It’s anti inflammatory properties I find help with my arthritis and it gives an overall sense of well being too. You don’t buy this product unless you have researched it yourself first but maybe some more info wouldn’t go a miss to those that have been recommended it.
