Mochiko Sweet Rice Flour, 16 Ounce, Pack of 2

I love this brand. It is a good alternative when I can’t find any in stores near me and arrives nicely packed without making too much of a mess for flour.

I absolutely loved this mochiko sweet rice flour from the very first recipe I tried. The chewiness it adds is seriously addictive. Once you bake with it, regular flour just doesn’t hit the same. I’ve purchased this three times now and already gone through two boxes. I mostly use it for mochi brownies and other chewy desserts, and every single batch has come out perfectly soft, stretchy, and rich. I even brought some to work and my coworkers were obsessed! They couldn’t stop asking what made them so different. If you love soft, chewy desserts and want something that elevates your baking, this is 100% worth trying. It’s now a permanent pantry staple for me.

The Mochiko Sweet Rice Flour is a fantastic product, especially for the price. The flour is very fine and works perfectly for creating that chewy, soft texture in mochi, and it’s also versatile enough for other recipes like pancakes or baked goods. Overall, it’s a quality product at a really reasonable price, and I’ll definitely be repurchasing!

The product itself is great and does its job just as expected. My issue is with the packaging and price. I used it to make mochi, which didn’t come out well, though of course the first attempt is never perfect, so I don’t attribute that to the flour. My issues with this product are that 1. the boxes weren’t entirely sealed. Prior to opening the boxes, small amounts of flour were already escaping and getting everywhere. I had to transfer the contents to a different container so that flour wouldn’t get everywhere. 2. I went to H-Mart shortly after receiving this product and was surprised to find this exact product for a quarter of the price. I don’t hate my purchase, but I definitely believe these were overpriced.

Competitive price; fast delivery; as advertised

Butter Mochi recipe turned out great with this brand. Didn’t need to measure because 1 whole box was enough to make for 20 pieces out of a 9”X13” pan. Butter Mochi is a Hawai’i snack and this brand was easy to mix in.

Used it to make some homemade mochi ice-cream was very pleased by the taste and texture. Now the only problem is figuring out what else I should make with it. Oh and before I forget the flour just comes straight out the box there is no plastic bag inside like your typical flour packaging.

Only product I use for my desserts!
