Skip this piece of rusty, flimsy junk...buy an H. Potter trellis
Piece of junk - not worth the frustration. I strongly dislike this “product”. NOT WORTH THE COST..maybe barely worth $20. It rusts easily. If you breath on the trellis the two tower sections will fall & the moveable “holders” of the top ring will hang together in an area to make ring fall off top tower or lean. This “product” REALLY needs a design improvement or at a minimum screws & clsps to hold this piece of junk upwright. The other trellis I bought was “H.Potter's Genie Trellis” on Amazon.(https://amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B008ALQHOO/ref=ya_aw_oh_bia_dp?ie=UTF8&psc=1) Sure,it is a little more expensive but the design, weather resistant metal & heaviness of their solid metal is what makes H.Potter’s products WORTH the extra money, PLUS the pieces are held together with screws & bolts & long spikes are provided with their product 😍

Does Not fit/stay together
I like this design, but when this trellis is assembled it is completely unstable and uneven. It will not stand up on it's own. It is so bad I feel like it may be missing parts for assembly. But it also did not come with any instructions, so I don't know. I'm hoping it will hold together with some JB Weld or something. But that should not be needed for something of this price.

Missing part.
Item arrived in easy to assemble without instructions manner, but top circular piece was missing. Box was in terrible shape and I didn't realize the top ring was missing until I had completely unpacked and assembled it.

It broke
I was thrilled with this trellis for my clematis. But when my clematis was filled with buds ready to burst forth, one of the tubes about 4' up broke and the whole thing gave way. Had to cut my clematis off to get the thing untangled. Not happy!! Thought for this price it would be study enough to support a clematis!! The stakes that were included were a joke but I purchased better ones.

This is a waste of money
This is a GIANT piece of ****. The first one came bent and uneven-the unit is in pieces and parts and any kind of wind topples it because it is top heavy. As well once assembled it is not even vertically or horizontally. This is a waste of money. VERY dissapointed in the quality. Oh-and after one week starting to rust.

Price too high for quality since will probably rust
Looks nice but not great build for price. The steel is powder coated but there are chipped areas. These chipped areas show rust as do the insert locations. Think durability will be an issue due to rust. Assembly: there are no instructions and it is tough but very do able for one person. Please use a weld bonding glue especially for top ring. The company should include jb weld or other bonding agent with the product as rickety without. How assemble: 1) assemble toe top hoop (put JB weld in each insert point and assemble); 2) put hoop on floor and weight it down so sits flat and wit for JB weld to dry; 3) after dry add the bent arms to middle piece and keep standing upright (put JB weld in each insert hole);4) as this is standing put hoop inside the bent arm connector “c”s; 4) flip over so hop on ground; 5) arrange the bent arms around the hoop so equidistant (not fun, with ruler the distance between each is about 21 inches)). 6) if you id above carefully put pencil dash on hoop at each location; 7) move each c and put some JB weld on side of each pencil mark so will hit the c when slide the c back.; 8) Dry with hoop on ground; 9) add the bottom piece (did not JB weld this piece but please do if want to) 10) put un pot or on ground and beware the tree stakes provide little support so get something better if need. Fit the bottom is about 13.5 to 14 inches across in five directions so be careful. My put was just at this number so needed to pot in different pot. Enjoy but this thing will rust out. Got blown over by wind so need buy some good rods or something to secure it in place. Fell over in wind. Now need get some ground anchor stakes since the stakes provided are useless.

Robust, but tricky to assemble.
Pro: I was pleasantly surprised by heft of the trellis frame. I did not expect it to be as robust as it is. I think it will be long-lasting. Con: There are no instructions, however the vertical portion is very easy to assemble. It comes in two pieces with the top piece fitting nicely on tabs extending up from the top of the bottom portion. It is another story completely for the nine pieces that comprise the "mushroom" portion of the trellis. Four pieces fit into each other to make the top circle. The tricky part is getting the five pieces placed that suspend the circle above the frame. I have read reviews that suggest glueing these in place. That may be the answer. I managed to add them one at a time, but it wasn't easy. A helper would have come in handy. Now that is is assembled and my Lobata is happily climbing it, I may need another!
