Love the pot. Make sure you wash it thoroughly more than once before you start storing water. Water did taste different at first. But after a week of using, it tastes better now. A teeny leak which might show at the start can be fixed with some m-seal. Mine stopped getting wet around the tap, after a few days. It’s all good now and I’m happy with this buy. The packaging was very good aswell. It’s a cute looking clay pot.

Product is OK. Not that great. As you can get same size for one third price. Tap is broken. U have to buy new tap and replace. Worst part I have paid for 13 liter pot but received 10 liter pot. Amazon not ready to replace... Saying this is the max size they have. Not paying the difference amt back also.

The water never tasted so nice .. Perfect for summer and winter too.. Follow the instructions manual provided along with the product..

We bought two earthen pots and water is not cooling the way it's supposed to be. I got this item on time but started using just one week back and now return period has expired. Very disappointed. Dear seller, please return or replace with a better product. A pot from local vendor bought at 250 INR is cooling great. I bought this one for ~1,500 INR.
