Its Customer Service is the best
I have night owl system installed for my house and purchased this cable to replace the old one. Due to my camera is 4K resolution, this cable is not compatible with it. In past couple of days, the sales lady, Jewel did a fantastic job to explain the reason why it didn't work and to offer the best solution to fix the issue. She is very patient and professional. I'm very happy with the final result. And I may also like to suggest the store to send follow-up email when receiving the cable orders to remind the users that different resolution cameras may need different cables. In my case, if I can find the information either on description page or from the email, my user experience may be better. It is a great store and I would like to continue to buy stuff from it.
