Layer by layer (LBL) is an innovative technology developed by Reprapper to ensure that our filaments are rolled up perfectly on a standard 1kg spool without overlapping, no crosses and no tangles.

Strengthens quickly.
During the printing process, each layer must be sufficiently cooled. Our PLA Pro dries and strengthens quickly, providing better print quality for small pieces without sacrificing speed.

Minimal deformation due to thermal stress.
Thermal stress is caused by temperature inequalities at different points of an object, which leads to a bulge of the first layers. The thermal load distortion of our PLA is minimal, which helps to reduce warping and avoid wasting printing time.

Excellent adhesion even without heated bed.
With only the typical bonding methods such as paint, adhesive tape or fixpads, our PLA offers excellent layer adhesion and minimal warping, even without a heated bed.

Consistent diameter and roundness.
Each inch of the REPRAPPER filament is precisely designed to ensure +/-0.02mm diameter tolerance. Consistent round shape prevents unexpected pressure flow interruptions.

Each colour of the Reprapper PLA series has been carefully selected to achieve striking results.

Made from 100% untreated PLA pallets. Does not spread unpleasant odours and is therefore ideal for home use.

The ideal pressure temperature is 205°C.
By performing our PLA comprehensive test, we have found that the best print quality/speed ratio is achieved at 205°C.
