I installed this thing in our small business office and I’m mostly impressed. The unit’s build feels solid, the WiFi setup was straightforward, and the remote-cloud access via the app means I can check employee punches from my phone. Very convenient. That said, I did hit a few bumps. The mounting hardware was basic and I had to spend a bit of time leveling it and aligning the wall mount. Also, while the WiFi dashboard works, it took a couple of firmware updates and a reboot before logs started syncing consistently. If you’re looking for a modern time clock that supports multiple punch types (face, fingerprint, RFID, PIN) and cloud reporting, this is a strong candidate. Just budget a little extra time for initial setup and network tweaking.

I am awarding this company five stars. Although the initial setup was not intuitive and felt challenging, the fingerprint scanner works well for employees with strong, rigid fingerprints, though it can be inconsistent for others. That said, the RFID feature is 100% reliable, and I highly recommend it for accurate, hassle-free time tracking. I love the ability to export timesheets to a USB drive in a standard Excel spreadsheet format—it’s a massive time-saver for payroll. Uploading employee information using the provided Excel template was also straightforward. I discovered that duplicating an employee entry during upload appears to merge the data rather than cause an error. This might even be a helpful way to update employee information. Despite the initial setup hurdles, this time clock is a fantastic choice for small business owners, primarily due to its reliable RFID functionality.

I set this up and 1st tier support was helpful. I paid for the app and so employees could use it to clock in and out and see their time. The app is malfunctioning and showing all employees time on the app I stead of the individuals time. I submitted to support. 3 weeks later no update. No fixes. I have requested update and all they tell me is that it was send to 2nd tier support. I guess that is where tickets die when things are broken. DONT PAY FOR THE APP!!

Works without hiccups once you get it set up through the mobile app and not too difficult for your average person without a lot of tech savvy. Keep in mind, if you're on a 5G network, you'll have to either buy a router with a secondary 2.4G wireless option to connect this to, or enable your current routers 2.4G wireless band to use it wirelessly. Good build quality with a decent interface. Good value for the price, especially considering there is no subscription fee for tracking and data retrieval and will pay for itself very quickly when you add up all of the fees you save over the year. Seems like it will provide years of problem free use as long as you are using it in an environment without a lot of dust and dirt flying around the place.

I ordered this ‘NGTeco Cloud-Based Time Clock’ to use with our up and coming virtual call center business. As I’ve taken on more contractors, I needed a way to keep track of when they were sll on site taking calls. This time clock seemed like an acceptable option. After setting this ‘NGTeco Cloud-Based Time Clock’ up, I can safely say that I’m impressed with it for a number of reasons. Firstly, I really like the small footprint of this time clock. It can be mounted on the wall of course, but can also easily sit on a desk…which is where I have mine. The clock takes up very little space. Secondly, I like how easy this ‘NGTeco Cloud-Based Time Clock’ was to setup and how clear and concise the setup instructions were. I was totally expecting the setup process to be a nightmare. But honestly, I had the time clock up and running within 30 minutes. I think that’s pretty good. It’s easy to program and use. Third, I appreciate the multiple sign in options that are available with this time clock. It will definitely make it easier for my contractors to be able to sign in even if they forget their card. And lastly, I really like that I don’t need any kind of paid subscription to use this time clock. That fact, in my opinion, is a big plus. I haven’t see that with any other comparably priced clock. This ‘NGTeco Cloud-Based Time Clock’ seems to be fairly well constructed. I know the clock won’t be moved around at all, but it’s somewhat heavy and does stay put on the desk. In summary, I can recommend this ‘NGTeco Cloud-Based Time Clock’ as a good option for an inexpensive time clock system. It works well…is easy to setup and operate…and requires no subscription.
