Excellent dog clippers
Bought my 2nd pair after several years. These clippers are durable, strong & it takes me a min or two to clip my dogs nails. She is a 50lb pit bull mix & her nails are thick IMO. I’ve been cutting my dogs nails for 10 yrs & these clippers make the job easy.

These toe nail clippers works good. My Roommate let me cut his nails without running away. Sharpener and they do an excellent job.

These are the BEST!
These are the BEST nail clippers for dogs and their owners! I even take these to the vet when she goes for check-ups. After being TERRIFIED of cutting my dog's nails, these make it simple and painless for my dog and myself! It's quick so there isn't that cringy noise that bothers the dog. The design and fit is perfect for any size dog and any person's hand that's using them! I did research before purchasing these and they were voted by several different vets to be one of the best nail clippers out there! If you're scared to cut your dog's nails or just want a nice durable nail clipper, this is a MUST!

Sharp and strong
This is the third pair of nail clippers I have bought for my medium sized (45lb) dog. I just threw away the other two pair because despite being good quality and supposedly strong….they were not. They crushed my dogs nails and only cut after being clearly painful for her. I accidentally bought the small instead of large but they still cut cleanly and without crushing. Glad I got these. The others were making her turn tail when I pulled them out and that’s something she’s never done before. She will stand and allow me to trim her nails without resistance with these.

Terrific clipper: works efficiently and is painless for you and your pet
Nail cutting for dogs is always a difficult experience - both for you and your dog. My three pugs all have foot fears! None of them like their feet touched so it was always a wrestling experience trimming their nails. Each of them has different foot issues this nail clipper has solved: one has nails that grow faster than the other two put together; one has somewhat deformed feet, with her nails growing straight out; the third one has diabetes so his feet are sensitive and you cannot make a mistake so you cause bleeding! Between the three of them, I had given up nail trimming entirely (I had one of those awful guillotine cutters) and was paying $10 per dog to a groomer to trim their nails. This nail clipper from Epica solved that and has paid for itself several times over! This trimmer has a number of advantages over other trimmers, especially those common guillotine pet nail trimmers: 1) the rubber on the handles make it easy to grip so you can hold it well and it won't slip. 2) It is ergonomically correct for your hands so you can use all your hand strength to easily cut those thick nails. 3) It is sharp so you can go fast and fully cut through the nail on the first try. There is nothing worse than having to keep cutting the same nail over and over again because your cutter isn't sharp enough - it's like torturing the poor dog. When nail trimming a dog, speed is as important as accuracy! 4) And, finally you can actually see what you are doing and where you are cutting (you can't really see what you're doing on those guillotine cutters). It even has a little guide on it to help you so you don't go too far and cut into the nail quick. That makes it mistake proof ... and when you make a mistake cutting a dogs nails and cause them pain and/or draw blood you have a disaster on your hands. Not only do they never want their nails cut again but, if they're diabetic like one of my boys, you can cause major infections if you cause bleeding. This unit is exactly like the one the vet has -- and now I'm equipped to cut nails as well as they are (and they charge even more than the groomer!). Thanks for this -- it has really helped me care for my dogs. Now ... if I could just get my 2 cats to just sit still for a nail trimming.............!

Best large-dog nail clippers- a must have for easy nail grooming.
I have a large dog with large nails and many of those nails are black and hard to see. The problem with grinder nail clippers is that the vibration and the noise tend to annoy the dog and make them uncomfortable. Plus, larger nails take a longer time and it's just easier to clip the nail and then finish with a grinder for smoothing and refining the cut. To cut the nail when it is a large dog requires better nail clippers than is generally available locally. Fortunately, these arrived quickly and they are large and sharp, and cut through the nails quickly, cleanly, with no irritation or pain for my dog. I was able to trim the black nails a little at a time to safely lower their length. Each trim was quick and painless. We were done really quickly and he was left in a much better position for walking without discomfort. These are very large and a must-have for large-pawd dogs.

Very sharp be careful!!
These work well, I’m glad there is no safety cover on them but be careful!! Very easy to cut your dogs nails way to short and then they bleed.
