SYLVANIA 9007 SilverStar zXe GOLD Headlight Bulb

I gave these bulbs a 5 star but the other parts of it a different rating there is a reason for that. Ok, best halogen bulbs on the market with no equal I can promise that. I am a newspaper carrier and I drive from 9:30pm till almost the crack of dawn so I can promise you if you're wanting a CLOSE to LED experience these are it for you. Now the cons of the product (do not get this review wrong they might work different for you versus me due to I drive 7 hours a night) If you have a 30 minute drive a night these headlights r perfect for you and should last a long time but if you are a professional driver like me these bulbs last anywhere between 1 month and 3 months tops that's why I only gave the longevity a 2 star. (again don't get me wrong for a person that doesn't drive all the time like I do at nights trust me these might be perfect for you). Now on to Brightness...4 stars because well....CLOSE to LED experience still ain't LEDs. Easy to install is a yes unless you own a 2013-16 Ford Fusion.....then the installing part is easy........getting to the headlights is the hard part LOL! aka 3 hour job if you don't have a lift!

The headlights fit perfect. They are bright and made a big difference in light. I love the packaging. They come in a hard place container protecting the actual bulb.

Last me 3 years, were still going strong. I upgraded to LED and gave the bulbs to my friend who's had them a year and he still uses them daily. They're still going strong

what can I say other than they do there job, they work well, the price is right and was easy to install.I would definitely purchase again if needed.

I have a 99 F350 7.3 liter tank it throws the computer for a loop when I try to put LEDs in so I tried to find the best halogens you can buy and these are the most expensive but are horrible

These bulbs were purchased to replace an earlier version of high output Halogens on my 2000 F350 and they made a world of difference. I have aftermarket headlights with clear plastic lenses and the New zXe GOLD bulbs outshine by a wide margin. The light from zXe GOLD is clear crisp and bright, but not searingly so like the LED options out there. The zXe GOLD are just intense enough to open up the field of view and not so much that it strains eyes when looking into them. Oh, and for those that care, these are street legal whereas most LEDs are not. I am super happy with my choice and look forward to easy driving.

I bought these to replace the (poor) stock headlight bulbs in my Ram Truck, and had high hopes for them. However, they are only a little bit brighter than the stock bulbs, which is disappointing. Would not buy again.

I ordered these when one of my headlights in my 2013 Nissan Juke Nismo went out. The light that was in there was a Sylvania Silverstar zXe (regular not Gold). That bulb lasted 3 years with all the Texas heat and winters. I was concerned this light would have a yellow tint, mainly because of the label "Gold" and the gold packaging. The lights do not have a yellow tint, nor do they have a blue tint. The bulb is close to white as I have found and matched very closely to the previous version Sylvania Silverstar zXe that was installed. They matched so closely I didn't change out the other side. Now I already have a spare if/when the other side goes out.
