Very good supplement. It’s much better than taking 3 pills. But, it does cause constipation for me. I take it with food. My hair is not coming out as bad as it was before. I feel better now that I am taking the vitamin D in it. I would highly recommend it. But just take it with a lot of water. Or a stool softener.

Excellent product

Can’t say how much I love the supplements. They’re easy to swallow other calcium pills that I’ve taken have been like horse pills. These are just right and I don’t mind taking two to make the 1200 units per month that I need of calcium. I was taking a separate vitamin B12 and D so by having all of these together, I’ve cut down on four other pills. I have a serious acid reflux and have had no issues with these pills. I would highly recommend them.

Pill size is pretty good which makes it easy to swallow, basic ingredients, doesn’t cause irritation or upset stomach.. appreciate the quality over quantity.

WELL, my mistake. I didn't realize I was ordering tablet (Ex-Strength) vs capsule! The different option was easy to overlook, or I just DID overlook. But I opened the bottle before I realized my mistake and saw the tablet. I assume the results are the same and I did not find the tablet more difficult to swallow...so all good. And maybe the extra strength will be good for my bone density concern. Hopefully no issues after taking for a few days. Again, my error.

I have seen results in comparison to other supplements. Easy to use, I take it in the morning and it does not make my stomach upset.
