I’ve really enjoyed this pre workout in terms of quality, performance, and taste. It doesn’t have an overwhelming amount of caffeine but just enough to power through any workout. I don’t care much for taste when it comes to pre workout powders, but the pre-kaged sport flavors are surprisingly exceptional! I would recommend stacking this with old fashioned creatine monohydrate, as I’ve noticed considerable differences in workout performance and muscle volume. It’s a great price too. I’ve tried many pre workouts out there over the years and this has been a new favorite the past 6 months and I don’t see myself discontinuing any time soon.

Taste alright. Pre-workout is pre workout if it doesnt have Creatine. Its not different than drinking a Celcius but this is much cheaper.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this! Dissolves easily so you don't feel like you have tiny pieces in your mouth. It hits me pretty quick, so I don't wait 30 minutes to take. The flavors are wonderful my fave is bule raspberry. the size is decent I can use one for one month. I usually mix my electrolytes with this so I am not sure on hydration. But gives me the energy I need to get the work out done. Great quality I have purchased multiple times.

Great price. I like Kaged supplements and the brand but it was not sealed and probably will dry out sooner. Flavor Taste is great It has Sucralose in it. Wish it didn't Also natural flavers and citric acid are bad for you.

Delicious grape Flavor . Mixed well , dissolves well, texted Is thin not tho!! Great quality for the Pricing . Doesn’t feel itchy at the lips lol like Most pre workout supplements

I’ve been using this pre- workout for about 7 years now. It’s the best one in my opinion. Great taste -no weird side effect like others.
