1 cup is missing...Cups are very good, I am using them since 3 yrs. As few of them broke over the years, I ordered again. And this time 1 cup is missing.

Quality has deteriorated
Of 2 sets ordered one arrived all broken. Of the second set the glasses are cracking when serving tea. The glasses used to weigh 244g earlier now this weighs only 234g. Some thing has changed.

The capacity of the mug claimed was 200 mls but actually the product received is less than 200 mls. It is 170 mls only. The price charged for 200 mls mugs but supplied 170 mls mugs.
