Arrived perfectly and quickly. Very easy to set up, unboxed and screwed in 4 screws and it's ready to go. It came charged as well. The scooter is very well built and well designed. Feel comfortable and fun to drive. Great value for the price. So far totally satisfied. Will do more testing and will update on the battery range and durability.

I bought this item for my son. He was super excited to receive it, and was happy to have an additional form of transportation. Upon initial use, it got up to 18mph. Now, after only 8 days, we are experiencing some issues with the scooter. It is only getting up to 10mph, which is very slow, compared to 18mph it was previously doing. We contacted Amazon support line. The representative tried trouble shooting to help resolve the issue, but after going through all the steps as instructed, it only got up to 11mph. Yesterday it got up to 14mph, but drop back to 10mph. My son is very disappointed, and his initial excitement has diminished. Now on the hunt for something more reliable. After 8 days, we should not be experiencing issues already.

Been looking for a scooter for my last mile commute, this one works great! Quality is nice and easy to use! With the higher and higher public transportation fee, having this scooter will definitely save my lots of money! The ride is smooth and the size is compact enough that it’s easy to carry round.
