This is a Amazing supplement . I had full knee replacement. And I started the regiment of taking the supplement about three weeks before my surgery. And after my surgery of course ,and I have healed so well , this is literally 28 days after my surgery. I saw my doctor 22 days after my surgery to remove my metal staples. and he said he was so impressed at how well I have healed up , He said I was healing up like a teenager. And it’s true when I was a kid , I used to really heal up quick if I had a cut of any kind. This product is helping do what my younger body used to do . Fast Cell rejuvenation has been real quick , And I also feel very healthy , I am a little bit bigger guy , and I find that directed amounts of anything I take is usually not enough , so are usually up the amount of whatever I’m taking just a little bit more. I just learned about this product a few weeks ago and ordered to see how it will affect my energy. My understanding is that it has an effect on mitochondria and have noticed that effect after a week and a half of use. I didn't expect to see my skin coming back to life as that was not important to me...good health and having energy is. But i have been pleasantly surprised to notice that unexpected effect as well. I am using Acetyl L-Carnitine as well as NMN so it is hard for me to know exactly what the effect of one of them alone is, but taking the two of them on a 3x daily basis I definitely feel more alert , refreshed and alive and able to comfortably accomplish more in a day. However sleep is by no means interfered with. (I am a 66 year old male.)
