Perfect for Puddings!!
I have tried chinagrass from different brands, and all had some sharp taste after the pudding is set. But this one was awesome, my tender coconut pudding was a hit :D

I saw a you tube video where Agar agar was a cheif ingredient ordered it and got it before the delivery time. Also being first time user it was easy to use it...packaging was attractive with red ribbons on it ...thank you
