I gave this 3 weeks. Unfortunately, it gave me hot flashes when I wasnt having them when I started from the 3rd dose on. I figured it would work itself out and kept trying. Couldnt take the hot flashes anymore and had to stop. I didnt notice any other benefits or side effects.. wanted this specifically for the mood balancing. );
