Love the book. The content is fabulous, however I find the paper and printing a bit cheap. Could have been a thicker paper and a better print., for the price. However it is a book worth keeping.

Me considero una adicta a los libros de cocina y sobre todo los que hablan sobre ciencia en la cocina. Después de haber leído libros como: The Food Lab: Better Home Cooking Through Science , The Science of Good Cooking: Master 50 Simple Concepts to Enjoy a Lifetime of Success in the Kitchen y Cookwise: The Hows and Whys of Successful Cooking , puedo decir que Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat es una gran adición a mi biblioteca. Los 4 temas principales están muy bien explicados, en un lenguaje simple y entretenido. Las ilustraciones son un gran acompañamiento, además de ser muy bonitas. La segunda parte del libro trae recetas, recomendaciones y explicaciones, para aplicar lo aprendido en la primera parte. Aún no tuve oportunidad de probar las recetas, pero no dudo que serán un éxito.
