Beautiful engraving. Took almost a month to get here, but I ordered during the holiday season. I did get my money back without any problem. I will buy another necklace like this in the future. Two or three times in my instructions to A & L I stated, ("If it will fit, I would prefer this over that.") The engraving on the heart they sent me was absolutely perfect in every way. They took what I preferred and made it happen. And the engraving work itself was flawless-no rough edges. I was delighted and excited to receive the final result. The presentation box is very nice and I was proud to give it to my daughter. The Customer Service was also wonderful. I sent them a email message and, although they suggest it may be the next day before they respond, I had a response within four hours. I can't say enough good things about A & L Engraving.
