What Is This Product?? Yoga Protein Bars, unlike the name suggests, these bars have nothing to do with yoga. Jokes apart, Yoga Protein bars are made to meet the protein needs for people among all age groups for men and women alike. With about 20-22 gm of protein in each bar, omega 3s, fibre and calcium, these bars are targeted towards the health-conscious young people who need a convenient on-the go yet healthy snack. What About The Taste?? Since the bar is made of up of all-natural ingredients, it tastes more like a soft chikki. Texture of the bar looks oily, due to the presence of cocoa nut butter which when warm gives out oil, that appears on the surface of the bar. On refrigeration, this oil is reabsorbed into the bar. The bar is available in a variety of flavours. Effectiveness?? *Source of protein is whey, lentil and almonds, no soy protein used (whey is better source of protein, since it is highly soluble and contains all the essential amino acids required for protein synthesis, hence boosts muscle recovery) *No artificial sweeteners (honey is used as a sweetener which although contains some calories, is rich in antioxidants) *Omega 3 (Essential amino acid for protein synthesis) *Prebiotic fibre (fibre helps you keep full, while prebiotics help in stimulation of metabolic activity for growth healthy bacteria, hence better absorption) *Gluten free, hence safe for those sensitive or allergic to gluten. What About The Quality?? As per information available from the manufacturer, these bars are made of all-natural ingredients like whole grains, nuts, seeds, millets and blended with dates and honey. The protein is claimed to be derived from rich sources like whey, lentil and almonds. These bars are free of artificial flavours, colours or preservatives. The limited shelf life of these bars which is 3 months, indicates absence of preservatives. Is It Value For Money?? Obviously, Although, protein bars with lesser price are available in the market, being all-natural with high quality ingredients, is what sets these bars apart from rest of the bars available in this segment. The manufacturers can go slightly lower on the price, to enable consumers make a regular purchase of these bars. Verdict:----- GO FOR IT. I HAVE PURCHASED OVER 3 PACKS IN 2 MONTHS. And It Really Does The Job Perfectly.

Not sure why people are complaining about the price. 20g protein accompanied by 10g fibre per bar at this rate is pretty low priced. I agree to a slight degree that all 3 bars somewhat taste the same, but they still have a flavour to it. These protein bars aren't meant just for snacking, but mostly for muscle recovery (hence why they're called protein bars lol). So from that perspective, in terms of value for money, flavour, and any side effects to the stomach, these bars are way up to par. My only criticism is the oil leaking from some bars, mainly the double chocolate ones. Not sure why that is. I still recommend this to anyone looking to snack healthy or use this as supplements to protein intake.

Taste is quite fine, but in the ordered pack it was 6 nos of pack, but they have packed only 5 nos in Each box…so löss of 2 protein bars.

Initially when I bought these bars I suspected they had expired or near expiry due to the awful smell n sheer hardness of the bars n the unusual oil which oozes out of them... Utterly disgusting...so I had disposed them off... recently I happened to find myself in a position where I had no choice but to purchase these same bars as I was out of my city n had very limited options so I went for them but to my surprise these bars r same like the way they were when I had bought them the first time!!! Very hard in texture almost brick like...smelly they smell the same all of the flavours n taste awful....very hard to chew n oily which makes such a mess while eating n the worst part is they caused a lot of stomach discomfort n bloating for the entire day whenever I consumed...pathetic bars... people with sensitive stomach should STRICTLY avoid eating these!!! Very shady ingredients feels very synthetic in taste too!! Will throw this batch too n will never think of buying them again...please learn from other brands who manufacture natural protein bars in terms of texture n taste....like the whole truth, monkey bar etc

I thought it is high time I write a review. I have been taking Yoga protien bars almost every day post lunch ( of course after some time) for last few months and I really love it. It stays true to what is written in the box and pack and the taste is all natural and great. I recently tried a different brand and quickly got back to yoga bar again as the other one was tasting all Artificial. I am recommending this to my friends at the gym as an excellent supplement for the second half of the day as mostly we do whey protien powders in the morning. Great going and great stuff.

These used to taste better a few years ago and cost a LOT less. Don't know whether greed got the better of them or what. I purchased these on sale after two years and was dismayed to find how flat they taste now. Their texture has changed too. Now they are harder and brittle, i.e. turn to powdery consistency upon taking a bite. What's worse is that many times I also encountered hard sediments while eating which definitely felt like sand or stone particles! That's a major lapse in quality control. I would be giving these protein bars a miss now. This is coming from someone who has purchased them many times before.

Amazing taste and healthy 20gm protein and fiber in one bar amazing for a healthy diet . a quick snack feeder yet healthy and tasty price is decent worth every penny. I would recommend everyone to go for it if you're looking for a good protein bars.
