Save your money
I bought this to repair a leaking 4” PVC rain conductor. The fiberglass tape was long enough but very messy to apply. After 3 months it failed to adhere to the pipe and the leak started again. Eventually the pipe pulled apart at the coupling. Don’t waste your money.

Leaked
I followed instructions as per packet, I even had a clock ( you will not be able to see a watch on your wrist once the gloves are on!) to time myself on the various steps. I left the tape to dry more than double the time specified, the water still leaked through. I was using it on 1/2" bore pvc pipe, PVC pipe was among pipe instructions said it would cure leak.. Also for those who are still going to use it, my job was above my head, if your job is similar, wear goggles! As other people have said, it really is gooey and drips everywhere. I suggest wearing overalls or some old cloths you are willing to throw away. I wore long washing up gloves, the goo dripped past the end of the gloves. I had to throw them away after. Another thing, as I knew once the gloves were covered in goo, I would not be able to re read the instructions. I taped the instructions to the wall where I was working.

Doesn't work as intended
I followed the instructions to the T and this product didn't work. It's best just to actually fix the problem rather than attempt to band-aid the leak. This also hurt my wrists quite a bit after following step 8 for 15 minutes to get the best adhesion results per the instructions. Total waste of my money and time. I'm not looking forward to cleaning up the mess that the sticky wrap created.

Just expanding foam that didn't work on poly pipe
Tried to use this on an underground poly water line. Followed instructions exactly, but once cured it had many pinholes in it that water continued to ooze out of. This is just tape with water-activated styrofoam in it- if you've ever touched the foam insulation that you get out of a can, you know what a sticky mess it is, and that's what this is. So I'm left with a lumpy mess that hasn't solved the problem at all.

Don't Do It!
Did not work for me. I tried three times - three layers. Each time it would sweat right through the patch and continue to leak. It's also very messy to apply and cleanup is difficult.

Did not work.
I had a leak in a pipe. Put this on the pipe did nothing. Still leaks. Also while working the product it ate through the gloves provided pretty fast. If you still but this I would have s few extra gloves.

Package opened and missing items
Bummed. Package was damaged, open and missing the most important part-the wrap. I am just really disappointed because it was relatively expensive

Not for tight areas
Did not work , Maybe it would in areas that are easy to work with . I had a very small leak on a galvanized pipe and i did exactly what the instruction asked , The pipe location was extremely difficult , The minute i turned on the water the leak started again .

Very very very messy to apply, but worked great. Some light leakage at first, which disappeared in a few days.

need to turn off water, for it to work, even a slight drip will stop the putty from curing in a sealing kind of way. It will work submerged in water, but remember to turn off water at mains.

Llegó dentro del marco de tiempo especificado. El producto fue como se describe y se empaquetó satisfactoriamente. Es un poco complicado aplicarlo especialmente cuando se trata de un área de difícil acceso. El resultado final fue muy efectivo.
