Fantastic toy for creativity
I bought several sets at Christmas and the whole family (adults too) enjoyed them. The small balls have to be kept out of the reach of babies but they are great for everyone else. My Sunday School class loves them too. I couple them with small cookie pans so they can be contained. Before buying them I read that some people thought the magnets were not strong enough or there were not enough ball. That was not a problem in the sets I purchased in Dec 2019. The magnets are very strong, there are tons of balls and sticks. This created hours and hours of fun. It is a toy that keeps entertaining over and over again.

Great quality for what I paid for
The magnet is strong and fun. Bought it for home schooling math, namely 3D constructions. My 4yo likes it so far. For teaching one set is good. For playing I am getting multiple sets. I paid 21.99 a few days ago and today is 25.99. Yet it is more worth it to buy multiple set than buying a set of lego.

Child of 6 needs adult help to complete any model
Great product to model equilateral polyhedrons. I created 20 videos that expand on the model of the Magnetic Stick Tetrahedron on my YouTube Channel that has 14k subscribers and over 150k views.

fun for kids... but
I didnt know that the ball magnets are NOT connected to the sticks. They're loose. this is an incredibly fun toy and a creativity catalyst, but remember NOT to allow the kids to eat the little kids to eat them

Not for younger kids... not sure it's real fun for older kids either.
I have a 3 and 5 year old who love playing with magnet blocks, marble runs, and all kinds of STEM toys (as do I!) They don't really care for this one and I don't really either. I just don't see what you can really do with these that make it interesting to any person, young or old. My 3 year old couldn't make anything at all - no chance. My 5 year old, who is very detail oriented and can follow directions well couldn't even make anything. They give you a few things to make, but unless your kid is super advanced, they won't be able to make any of them. I made a simple one without problem, but I didn't enjoy it. I tried to make a more advanced one and it collapsed because the sticks and balls can't support themselves. All in all, wish I would've passed on this one.

My kid loves it
Worth it. Bought for my 12yr old,, she loves them and is constantly building with them. Since the pieces are small, I would not recommend for little kids. Rods are about 2.25", not sure of the balls diameter but they at least double the head size of the rod. Only the rod is magnetic. My daughter says that sometimes you will find a ball that won't attach to a rod, but she just sorts through the rods until she finds one that connects to it.

Great, imaginative toy for young boys (and girls)!
I purchased these for my grandson’s 8th birthday. He was so excited to receive them. He & his 10-year-old sister have already enjoyed playing with and building various items, using their imagination!

Satisfying, so get two!!!
I originally bought this for my children. I TOOK OVER!!! My bestie and I took the day off from our busy schedules for some self- care and be a pair of silly 40 year olds. These magnets served as our much needed art therapy.
