an extremely great alternative to copics
i have seen so many reviews about ohuhu markers across many, many artists, even the ones who mainly use copic markers. i've also seen reviews of ohuhu vs. copic, and honestly, for markers this cheap, you can get a pretty good outcome just as close to a copic maker, though i believe ohuhu markers are much more vibrant. the markers blend just as well, and you can get a gorgeous set of colors within the 100 set, since each set comes with a set amount of colors. i believe purchasing the 100 set is a better thing to do just because you get a good amount of pastels and primary or saturated colors. these are an extremely good alternative to copics if you're not picky about not having a brush nib, which is what copics are mainly used by a lot of artists for, but if you don't really care about the nibs, it doesn't really matter, as long as it can get the job done. though, if you ARE picky and need a brush nib, then these markers are not for you. i simply adore these markers, and they're good for beginners, or even professional artists. if you can't afford copics, which i believe the prices for them are crazy, (six markers for thirty dollars + shipping? nope!), then ohuhu markers are a great starter if you want to work your way up to buying more expensive markers. but you never know. you might end up always using these markers! the downside, is that you can't buy these separately, so if one marker runs out, and it was your favourite color to use, or just a color you use the most as a base, then you would end up having to buy a whole new set of makers. there aren't refills either, so you're pretty much out of luck. however, i would like to point out when i received my markers, the packaging was just fine, no damage or anything, however when i opened the actual ohuhu marker bag, several, or more than several, had a bunch of blue ink on them, whether it was ink dust, or actual ink, and it wouldn't even come off with just regular soap and water. i couldn't even figure out which marker caused the ink splatter until i swatched them. also, like i believe most alcohol markers, they do BLEED. if you're using regular printer paper, you're going to need multiple sheets underneath so it doesn't ruin the surface you're drawing on. if you're using certain sketchbook paper, like illos for example which takes these markers very well, the markers may bleed through, but it won't bleed through the next page which is extremely useful. so make sure with the markers or any alcohol marker that you use has some sort of coverage underneath the main sheet you're coloring on, or have some paper that takes the markers well, and only bleeds through the sheet you're drawing on, and not onto four other sheets. honestly, just be careful. the markers are perfect, but almost all of the people i have seen review them has had some sort of little problem, however, it doesn't effect the marker at all, so it still maintains its five star review. and its also best to place them on the side where the ohuhu logo on the bag is facing down or up so the markers don't dry out on one end and not the other. its so both sides of each marker contains an equal amount of ink. all in all, ohuhu markers are an amazing alternative to copics for a great price, and pretty colors, and its worth the price that i paid.

Excellent and affordable alcohol markers
The world of art, a place where the most beautiful results are often obtained with some high quality materials... which tend to be really expensive. Alcohol markers were all the rage a few years ago thanks to Copic, a top class high quality alcohol marker with brush tips and impressive results. Unfortunately Copic markers are really expensive, as in up to $500 expensive. Totally worth the price but for a beginner or a college student budget, its certainly not affordable. So then the Chinese will do what Chinese usually do, make a much cheaper version and get that marker. Ohuhu markers are a chinese variant on alcohol markers. Now, just because they are chinese it in no way means they are bad or of poor quality, quite the contrary. Ohuhu markers have been by far the best alternative to Copics I've seen so far. Colors are bright, varied, and cheap. You can get over 100 markers for less than $100. They all come in a pretty good bag with a color code and a transparent plastic sheet to avoid bleeding on weak paper. Its all good. There are some limits of course. Ohuhu markers come with a chisel tip and a fine tip, unlike Copic's chisel/brush combo, meaning that some fancy blending work might be more complicated using these markers. Recently Ohuhu added a brush tip option to their lineup, which remains cheap, but with a large difference between their fine and brush offerings. But just because they have only fine and chisel does not make this set bad, not at all, the markers are still amazing to work with. Another problem and one that would do everyone a lot of help is the option to buy individual color markers. As it stands now the only way to get the full color range of Ohuhu is by buying their largest sets, and if there is a color exclusive to that you gotta buy the entire pack again, and while the current largest fine/chisel tip offering can go up to $60, which is still quite affordable for 120 alcohol markers, having to buy them over and over just for one color is annoying. Overall its an amazing product that I'll keep using, these markers can last for a long while.

The perfect markers!!!
Love these markers! They encourage you to color cause they look so good on the paper!! and they glide along so nicely and beautifully they’re not like any other markers the ink quality is perfect!! They do tend to bleed through pages so just put card stock behind your coloring page and you won’t have an issue!! They’re very durable and the smell they just smell like a marker not too strong smelling

Buy this set, you won't regret it!
I can't speak any higher of this product. My only advice is to not tell the colors by cap colors because they can be very different. Make a swatch sheet - there are a few colors with the same or very similar names but they are VERY different colors. I grabbed this grey one thinking it was the same by the name, it was a much different color. So take note to the numbers and letters on the caps too, because it makes a difference! They give you a little rubbery sheet to put behind your work because these colors bleed through. But as someone else said, if you look at the back of the colored sheet once it done it looks fun and watercolor looking. A much much better price than copics and similar quality in my own opinion. I love them. I will keep expanding my color palette with these and color all sorts of stuff! Functionality: Works for many art mediums Why did you pick this product vs others?: Price

Great quality markers
The colors are highly pigmented which I love. They dry quick and are great for adult coloring. They do bleed through on the coco wyo coloring books but I just put a paper behind the page.

My granddaughter is an avid little artist and I've been buying her the Ohuhu Alcohol markers for a few years now. The double ended tip for fine and wider application is nice so she can define or cover bigger spaces. The amount of colours in these cases are crazy and they are so bright! They flow nicely and last quite a long time. I've bought her a couple other types of the Ohuhu markers as well. Great brand, great markers! Definitely recommend!

We received this beautiful batch of markers and 2 of them were colourless. We contacted customer service and told them which ones, they offered a refund as they didn't have individual markers available. We asked if they could try to find the 2 missing markers. They sent us a whole new set. That's service. The markers are flawless.
