I really like this product !

This curbs my appetite. You are supposed to take it 30 minutes before a meal and I only take it in the morning, and with it I usually go a couple hours or more and don’t fell hungry. If I forget to take it, I am starving.

So far a like it Suppress my appetite and give me a lit more energy. I been used for two week I don’t have any discomfort in my sotmash.

I dislike that the pill is big, makes it hard to swallow.

I guess this is not for me took it a few days didn’t see any difference
