I have only used the biggest, middle cavity so far. It works exactly as it should. I use a small silicone mat to work on. You flour the mold generously, tap the excess out, press the cookie into the mold. Tap it hard 1-2x and it comes right out. The shape is beautiful. You can place the cookies relatively close as they do not spread. I highly recommend the plastic maamoul mold.
