It took me a long time to decide which unit I wanted. Finally decided on this one. Took a while to have time to build it but got it together relatively quickly. Cabinet itself is beautiful but my fireplace unit was damaged in transit and didn't work properly. Contacted the seller and arranged for a new fireplace unit to be sent to me. The new unit works great and I'm really happy with both the unit and the excellent customer service with a company who stands behind their products. Hardest part was dealing with Amazon's customer support in trying to get a hold of the seller because they didn't understand what I needed. If you need to get routed to the seller, don't try the chat feature with Amazon. It's a nightmare. But once you get to the seller, super easy. It's rare to find good customer service anymore, but this seller was great to work with. Don't hesitate to buy from them, they definitely stand behind their products and want their customers to be happy!

Easy to install works great

I've been ordering from Amazon for many years. , I believe this is the third review I've ever written. I was looking for a piece for underneath my TV which is attached to the wall after looking for almost a year, I finally made the decision to purchase this item. Period I actually received it a week early. I absolutely love it. The picture's on Amazon dont do it any justice! It was the best decision I made. My son put it together for me with no problems. I'm looking forward to a chilly fall night when we could sit in front of the TV and the fireplace will be on and we will have that warm, cozy feeling that we all love! If you've been eyeing this piece, don't hesitate. Just order it, you'll think me later! By the way, we placed the white styrofoam underneath the glass, he will put the shelves in for me today. 5 stars all the way!

Fireplace is pretty standard. Wish the flames looked a little more realistic. The remote for the fireplace didnt come with a battery. Noise level is fine

The media could not be loaded. I love it!! It comes with faux rocks and faux wood. 13 light colors on the rocks and 13 fire colors. Easy to install. I put it inside a built in cabinet.

I bought this Tv Stand because it it all the things I was looking for - width close to the size of my 85” Samsung, LED cabinet lights that had multiple colors, black, looks stylish, and of course the fireplace. Initially, I received it over a month ago, but it had some damaged pieces and some pieces that didn’t align correctly. I also received the fireplace separately, which looked quite large, but wasn’t concerned. As I put it together, I noticed some pieces didn’t fit correctly, so I contacted the company to see how they could help, and help they did. After about another 2 weeks waiting for new ones to come in, a new one was sent and took about 1.5 hours to put together with no issues! However, after opening the fireplace, I noticed it was the wrong size. So they resent me the new one and it fit perfectly. Now the whole thing is complete, and the staple of my basement is ready to be used. Love my TV stand, and I love the customer service that I received. Thank you!
