I've now bought 2 of these, after charging the first one I put it on my fridge and the magnet wasn't strong enough to hold it apparently because I got home and it was gone. Most likely fell off and one of my huskies got it and ripped it apart, so I couldn't get a refund or return or exchange for it. The second time I bought the more expensive one thinking it would have a stronger magnet maybe, charged it up and had it on my phone case....went for a walk through a trail in the dark and was using my phone as a flashlight (have a magsafe case so it should've had a strong magnetic connection) and when I got back to my car it was gone. I've spent over $100 on this and it was REALLY IMPORTANT to me to have this device for situations I'm going through, and I can't find a contact seller button anywhere to talk to them directly. Im in a situation where I NEED this recorder ASAP and because of the lack of a strong magnet I'm out $100 and have no way to contact the seller to ask them if they'd be willing to send me another unit that I can attach a stronger magnet to and ensure that it doesn't disappear again and be able to accomplish what I bought it for in the first place

I was surprised at how well this little cheap thing works. Sound quality is wonderful for conversations. Controls are easy. blocks out background noise. connects directly to my computer or phone. the only heads up I give is that the controls are in a .txt file. I went looking for another file, thinking 'you can't put commands in a text file. Apparently, you can.

Wow this really surprised me how easy small it is, easy to use and seamless transfer. First its magnetic so its easy & convenient to magnetize to any metal surface. Its small, thin & on switch for on/off...pretty dummy proof;-) The recordings are clear, even from a distance and the battery last forever a while. I don't know how long yet, since I've never had it happen yet. But if you're looking for a straight forward, easy to use recorder for meetings, interviews & much more, thisis a great option.

There is no AI in here. It’s a regular dumb voice recorder. Mic is sensitive- not bad. Magnet is weak. Unit doesn’t hold date and time, which are inputted in a text file on the unit. VOR - voice on record- works but with MAJOR flaw - see below. The settings file has a configuration for how long the files should be. So i set it for 60 min (default). So when recording starts. Then stops. Then starts again…. Its all mushed together in the same file. The new file is created ONLY at 1 hr mark. The unit is quite small and i love physical on/off button. No battery indicator. So no idea how long its got left.

Great little voice recorder. It is pretty easy to use as I didnt need the instructions to do recordings, to listen, or to transfer them to the computer. The quality with the default settings sounded clear too when trying different distances. It is an impressive and small recorder. It does take a few seconds to go from off to on and recording. But this shouldnt really be a problem and I only mentioned it so you dont get surprised. It comes with a pouch, charging cable, adapter, and headphones that you can listen to the recordings with. I prefer to transfer them to the computer but it is a good feature. Overal I am happy with the voice recorder.
