you might have to rework the attachment hole a bit to fit the attaching bolts. Not exact "OEM" spec. Not nearly as heavy duty as the OEM part but works good enough for a 15 year old pickup.

Easy Fix Great Protection
I was driving down the highway, when a piece of drywall fell out of a work truck ahead of me. It went under the front of my Yukon and I heard a thump. When I got home, I found this plastic shield broken but it protected my engine and radiator. A cheap piece of plastic but it works.
