Las bisagras son demasiado grandes y no es correcto que las hayan sobrepuesto unas con otras, por lo que resulta que este torcido y desalineado. El acabado de la madera es pésimo; ademas detener la apariencia de estar enmohecido.

This is so convenient and makes all my Tostones look uniform which makes a nice presentation. I love that I can make little cups... so cute and super easy to use. Although the half sphere for the cup portion came off but it's no big deal, it's easy enough to glue it back on. It's not the best quality but it's affordable and works well enough for my needs.

The tostonera press works good. However it is a bit small.When trying to make cups to fill them up with various things I find them to be very small cups.

This a good quality product, value for the money!

Did not use item as it appears to have been used before. Wooded area has split that that looks glued on. Returning asap

This is great for tostones! We did have a little issue with the platanos sticking while making the cups, but a little whack got them right off.

Bought it on December 27. Received on December 29. Used it on January 4. Outcome broken. Not worth buying.

I think this is so convenient to have in the kitchen. I already own a tostonera, but to have one that doubles as a cup maker is great! As with any new wood tostonera, you want to make sure you coat the inside with a bit of oil to make sure your plantains do not stick and fall apart on the first few uses. The finish on this tostonera is particularly raw and it WILL stick to your plantains if you don’t season it. You want to make sure to build up some greasy residue as a seasoning, so for cleaning after use, I usually only wipe it with a moist cloth until it starts to get a good coating. At $14.99, you’re really getting 2 utensils in one, so I think it’s a great deal, and I can’t wait to fill up some yummy tostone cups with camarones a la criolla! Definitely would order again; buen provecho!
