The pen is excellent! It should serve me well for a long time or at least until I can afford an Aurora Optima. However, the Schmidt refill that comes with it. The one that’s in the pen and the spare don’t last. Barely got through a letter each. I plan on getting the Schmidt 888 roller ball refill broad as it should write smoother and last longer. I would recommend getting a whole bunch from them to stock up. Otherwise, the pen is great. Can’t wait to sign some contracts with it and more letters. it has great heft and feel to it.

This pen is PERFECT! It has a nice weight and balance. The ink flow is smooth with no skipping. It's a pleasure to write with and the perfect compliment to my new planner.
