I actually have a question do you have to have that hospital bed with the special slats in the bottom of the mattress or can you tie them to the to the hospital bed rails? please please answer

Q: would these help revent sleep walkers from sleep walking?

I would assume so. I am not a professional but if you are literally tied to the bed you shouldn't be able to get up and walk around.

Q: I am trying to avoid sleeping face down which causes sleep lines/wrinkles. Could this be used to secure and remove straps with no assistance?

If you only secure one hand but not both. If you want both secure someone would have to put them on and take them off.
