This dress truly is gorgeous! I've ordered clothes from Amazon previously, and have not been impressed whatsoever. I was reluctant to try again, but after looking for a concert black gown for our daughter for months (to no avail), we decided to give this one a try based on how pretty it looks in the photos and on the reviews. And wow are we impressed. It is a very elegant style while still suited to a teenage girl, and the material drapes just beautifully. Our only complaint is that the zipper is challenging to move up and down.

Stunning! I am going to wear this as my wedding dress. Simple and elegant. The fit was spot on from the measurements. I will have a couple inches taken off of the front bottom of the dress and leave the back length, so it's just at the point it mostly covers my shoes in the front. I will leave the length in the back. I also bought a fingertip length veil that will go in the back, so the proportions, cut, and style of the dress flatter my fuller shape. I'm so very happy with the dress, and in showing the dress, people are already complimenting it. Wonderful!

Bought this dress as a mother of the bride dress in a 14. It’s quite long, but if you look closely at the pictures, it’s supposed to be. There is a train in the back. It also has pads in it, which I had removed, The top of the dress is cut large, and I am a DD, so I had it altered by pulling it up at the shoulders, and taking two inches out. The dress is reasonably priced and turned out gorgeous. If you are looking for an out of the box, ready to wear the next day dress, thus probably isn’t for you. But with some tailoring, it’s perfect. Color is rich, easy wash, ultra feminine, and the sleeves help hide old lady arms. Accent on the waist and flows nicely.

So I did not end up wearing this dress, since I bought 2 different dresses and opted for the other. But I can say I did try it on and the dress is very comfortable and seems to be made very well. One thing I like about it is the back, where the tie crosses back and forth, there is black fabric that goes behind that so that if you gained weight or lost weight, either way, the dress is going to fit you and the back is going to look great. The material feels soft and it's very flowy, yet it's heavy. I am not returning it because I do like it and I may have a need for a full-length black dress for a different event. I'm 5'5" and weigh 140 and got a size 8 and it was perfect.

Bought these as bridesmaid dresses for two of my daughters. One 18 and the other 11 (junior bridesmaid). It looks so beautiful on both of them. I also liked that it could be something they could wear again. They did have to be altered for both, but that is always normal to do a little altering. Length was perfect for a winter wedding. Highly recommend.

This is a lovely dress! The color is rich and flattering. It fits perfectly and the fabric is soft and flowing. Perfect for a summer wedding which is why I bought it. BUT it was poorly packaged! The dress was twisted, bunched up and forced into a small flat mailing envelope that was approximately 10 x 12". Needless to say, when it arrived the lovely gown was full of creases and they could not be removed! I tried every method of removing wrinkles from delicate fabric (steam, warm iron, wrinkle-release cycle on the dryer) and nothing worked. Those wrinkles were determined to remain in that lovely dress!. I'm giving 3 stars because I truly did love the dress but the wrinkles had to go! I returned it.

I ordered a few dresses here on Amazon because I am undecided which one I want to wear to my Son's upcoming Wedding in October. I'm sure this will be the dress I want to wear.I ordered purple size 8 which fit me perfect.The purple color is more on the eggplant side which I love ,very accurate to picture.The whole dress fit beautifully. I will not need to make any adjustments. It is long so the back touches the floor. Just for refrence I am 5"7 .I am hoping once I choose my shoes that issue will be solved. Not that it's a big issue .I will not be needing a slip under it because it has basically good coverage with the dress than the sheer part of the dress over it.I absolutely love the V neck and how it has the little pleats as you can see in the picture. A nice Necklace will really add glam to the dress.The back zipper slides up and down easily,my only suggestion is go easy because it seems a bit fragile.This dress was a bargain. I really didn't want to pay hundreds on something I'm most likely gonna wear once.I ordered through the seller on Amazon ,not prime and to my surprise it arrived perfectly packaged in just about two days.I love this dress and because we live in New England on the coast and the wedding is taking place right on the water I am now searching for a shawl to wear over this only for the pictures taken outside.I would definitely recommend this Dress ,not only is it beautiful on but also if your thinking like me and would rather not pay the higher prices for a one day event! Makes more sense so I am able to give my Son and son Daughter in law more money.Either way this dress is a keeper.

Bought this dress to wear as a bridesmaid a wedding. The bride, my best friend, is super cool and said we could buy dresses on Amazon, so we all did. I made the mistake of buying this one. I bought it, it was too small, so I returned it and got the next size up, no problem. I tried it on when it came in to make sure it fit (too long, but that's expected because I'm short), wore it for maybe 10 minutes. Tried it on for my tailor when I got it shortened, which was maybe another 10 minutes. Didn't even try it on after she shortened it, because she's been my tailor for 6 years and I trust her. Put it on for the wedding, and went outside to take bridal party photos for MAYBE forty minutes. Then I went inside, and the zipper POPPED OPEN. I know for a fact it wasn't because it was too tight, because I even exchanged it when the first was too small for my boobs. I MADE SURE THE DRESS WAS THE RIGHT SIZE, yet the zipper on this stupid dress BROKE after an HOUR of wear. I wasn't moving a lot, we literally just went out to take pics and came back in. MY FRIENDS HAD TO SEW ME INTO THE DRESS because it BROKE 30 minutes before the wedding was supposed to start. IF I COULD GIVE THIS DRESS NEGATIVE STARS, I WOULD. Sadly, I can't even return it for a refund because I bought it too early, and the return period ended before the wedding, so I am just out fifty bucks (PLUS the cost of alterations), and on top of that my best friend and I were all very unnecessarily stressed out on her wedding day. I've attached a pic of the back that a friend took the day of the wedding for reference, sadly the emergency sewing kit could only do so much.
