Great tasting tomatoes for a tomato sauce
These tomatoes are hard to find but worth the effort. They are flavrorful and are a great base for a tomato sauce. We love them!

Quality Tomatos right from Italy
I used these tomatoes in my grandmothers slow cooked sauce recipe. In the past I had used regular store bought tomatoes, whatever was on sale or the cheapest and I always had to work hard and often over spice and season the sauce to get a flavor that was decent. Just by using these tomatoes I noticed a difference right away in the quality of my sauce, their own bright flavor made it very easy for me to lightly season my slow cooked pot of goodness! I would highly recommend using these tomatoes!!

Ripe but squishy
Alright for making a sauce but the tomatoes are either over-ripe or are over cooked making the tomatoes useless for slicing.
