I love this air humidifier! After having it in the bedroom I wake up less stuffy and horrible so can definitely recommend it for allergy sufferers!! Great at collecting dust as well.. Also love that you can put your own fragrance in the bottom, thanks for a great product!!

I needed something affordable that would reduce the dust I was breathing in, that you can see clearly floating in the air at night under LED lighting. The main reason it's blown about particularly where I live, is due to the type of central heating, hot air! I will say no more. When the unit was delivered it didn't disappoint, it looked well made and ran quietly, the price is reasonable for replacement filters too, another consideration I looked at. After reading the instructions which were clear and user friendly I set it up in my living room. I currently have a bad cold and I had decided to put what decongestant I normally put on a tissue and inhale into the fragrance box. As you can see I put a small piece of tissue with the Olbas Oil soaked in, into the box instead of fragrance. After the unit had been ran for a day, i had noticed how sensitive the air quality indicator was to smells. I had taken a shower and within 3-4 minutes of spraying on my deodorant the indicator light had changed from "good" quality to "poor" quality, I was amazed. After about 5 more minutes the led light had moved back to "moderate" and then to "good". Overall I would seriously suggest looking at this unit when considering others, if the above is anything to go by.

The unit is small and neat. My unit, not having used it long, has a noise from one of the fans which sounds harsh, but I will give it time to see if it settles. The reason I bought the unit is that it has an option to turn off the ioniser. Ionisers can cause respiratory problems, but are useful to use to remove dust to the ground so I can use this on the very useful timer when I am out. The main reason I bought this is the cold catalyst filter attached to the HEPA filter. Relatively new technology, if it neutralises formaldehyde and other gasses this will be great. Many units have a ultraviolet light by a titanium mesh which activates a catalytic effect. This is very dangerous as recent research has found that uv catalytic devices do actually neutralise gasses, but create a soup of indeterminate compounds that can be far more harmful than the gasses they neutralise. Under no circumstances should ozone be used as an air freshener, only with an oxygen feed is it relatively safe eg in ozone saunas. So, this seems a good idea, no uv, optional ioniser, and cleanable filters. My other units include Meaco Airvax which is excellent as it just draws air through a long life filter, that’s it. Very efficient. Now I have the options to use both. I will add another review after I have used this unit for a while. After a few days use I was not satisfied with the unit. Upon inspection of the installed filters and comparing them with the sealed ones I found that the sponge seal around the originals was highly compressed making the filters inefficient. I am not sure as to the reason why, possibly a fault or I had received a return unit. In any case I have questioned amazon on whether I shall receive new SEALED filters or just return unit and have done

Love this little machine!!!!. I have 3 lung conditions and recently have been struggling. Gave this a go & was really impressed. Air felt so much cleaner so quickly. I even had slightly better sleep. Head & chest felt so much clearer. Very low noise perfect at night. The down side is the cord is very short & the standby button flashes when time time has finished. Had to turn it off at the wall to stop it. However this is a small matter in comparison to how good & effective this little machine is. Also those with asthma should not have the ironiser on. Would recommend this to anyone ,the relief is amazing . long may it continue !! Does not come with remote control so couldn't review it.

I have tried to sleep with air filters for years but have never found one that is quiet enough until I bought this Sumgott. I put it on the high setting for a while before I go to bed and then turn it to the low setting. I sleep very well as the air is good and the sound is negligible.

This is for KEEPING a clean room some fresh clean air, i would not recommend if your room has dust problems or produces smells but after cleansing a room it will keep air quality.

I am so in love with this product. I brought this to help with my battle against dust. And o boy does it help. You can actually see the dust floating to the machine. It’s crazy. I also love that it has a fragrance box at the bottom. You can put the lenor unstoppable beads in and the whole room smell so good. I’ve also put lotus oud on some tissue and put that in the box worked great too. I will defiantly be purchasing more. I want one in all my rooms.

The product was excellent, and the service was also equally brilliant. I didn’t realise but there was also a pair of replacement filters.
