Perfect for reading! But I love to wear all day sometimes with the clear glass at top ! But glass is not clear like my eyes are for distance ! I have some reading glasses that are very clear at top and perfect for reading my phone or book ! But these are so cute !

Great weight for glasses, got many compliments on style and color. Strength was perfect, after about 3 1/2 weeks one of the lenses dropped out, and I never found it!
