I purchased these ANPVIZ cameras and I am very satisfied with the quality of the product. The image is clear, they work very well both day and night, and the system overall is very reliable. During the installation, I accidentally turned off the camera audio and couldn’t fix it on my own. After trying several options, I decided to contact ANPVIZ technical support, and it was the best decision. Mr. Frank assisted me in a very kind and patient manner, guiding me step by step throughout the entire process until we were able to restore the audio correctly. His professionalism and willingness to help made everything much easier and completely stress-free. I definitely recommend ANPVIZ, not only for the quality of their cameras, but also for their excellent customer service and technical support. A great product backed by an amazing team.

Good ONVIF camera for the price point. Only downside is the mount lacks range of motion a bullet cam has so make sure camera can be aimed properly at your preferred mounting point. Usually ONVIF setup procedure, log into camera, assign IP address, log into NVR, configure IP address and port, let the systems find each other and off you go.

Installing and connecting these cameras were very easy I have no issues with them so far I connected them to a main POE and all of them came right on. They turned and moved as advertised. They are very clear when I’m looking at through my phone or on a monitor so far I’ve enjoyed this product very much. I ordered two more cameras for indoors also
