小麦粉より早く焼けて、見た目も白っぽく焼き上がります。甘みが無いので甘みが欲しい方はジャムやハチミツが必要だと思います。 腹持ちが良いのか、昼に食べたのに晩ご飯が食べれませんでした！

Just what youd hope for
This mix was a hit, not only for our gluten free friend, but for everyone! Taste is slightly sweet, very nice. Also, good for rice cooker cake, just add a bit more sweetness, maybe cocoa.
